Illinois Central College operates from three campuses The East Peoria Campus, Downtown Peoria Campus and the ICC North Campus. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association (NCA). It offers regular as well as distance education modes of learning.

Students of Associate in Applied Science degree Paralegal Programs as well as Paralegal Certificates are trained in skill set such as legal research, client interviews, investigations and preparation of legal documents.
